Steve Krausse

Steve has been developing and running businesses since age 19 and maintains a passion for innovation, leadership, and continuous improvement. He is a veteran of 25+ years in electronics manufacturing in Northern Colorado.  He excels at understanding and translating client requirements, program management, strategic and tactical planning, growing profitability, negotiating throughout acquisitions, and managing the post-acquisition process.

Steve was the co-owner of Present Beyond 50 Percent, a consultancy that worked with entrepreneurs to buy and sell businesses, and he held numerous leadership roles for IXYS Colorado/Directed Energy. A graduate of Colorado State University’s College of Business, Steve also served in the U.S. Navy.
