Our NPI process uses stage gates with clear gate entry and exit criteria designed to deliver high quality product builds as we guide your project from Prototype, to Pilot, and into Production.  Our Program Management team uses pragmatic tools like our Onboarding Manual, Action Tracker, and Milestone reports that keep the focus on execution and deliverables.
