Shift: 2nd (3:15pm – 11:45pm)
Vergent Products is an employer of choice in Northern Colorado, and we are seeking a full-time Equipment Maintenance Technician for our second shift (M-F 3:15p, to 11:45pm). Of course, if it does break you are the person to fix it and you will have to perform or teach others the preventive maintenance procedure you have improved.

As the Equipment Maintenance Technician you will:

  • Establish autonomous maintenance procedures and checklists for assigned equipment.
  • Train operators to carry out autonomous maintenance and report potential problems.
  • Ensure equipment is safe and always fit for operation.
  • Establish and carry out preventative maintenance plans.
  • Identify and establish spare parts and maintenance material plans/inventory.
  • Diagnose, repair, restore, and requalify any equipment failures.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records.
  • Engage in focused improvement through analysis of potential problems and failures.
  • Monitor equipment health and productivity losses and lead improvement.
