Vergent Products is looking for a full-time Assemblers. No experience is necessary, but some experience is preferred. We will train you to assemble, configure, and test electronic circuits and electro-mechanical products. Opportunities abound at Vergent Products where you could be assembling life saving medical equipment, configuring an Internet-of-things device that makes people’s lives easier, or operating advanced robotic assembly lines making printed circuit boards for national defense. We equip you with the very best tools and systems available, and there multiple opportunities to consider including:
1st Shift (Monday – Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm):
Box Build Assembler: $14 – $16 per hour
Back Add Assembler: $16 – 18 per hour
Expert Assembler (previous experience required): $16 – $20 per hour
Production Technician: $18 – $22 per hour
Pick and place operator: $18 – $21 per hour
Second Shifts (3:15 pm to 11:45pm)
Pick and place operator: $18 – $21 per hour + shift differential 15%

Requirements
Valid drivers license
Able to multi-task
Attention to detail, accurate, organized and timely
Asks questions and seeks direction
Ability to Follow detailed instructions and reports any deviations to supervisor
Works well with others
Mechanical ability
Ability to obtain ESD certification (we provide training)
Ability to learn Electronic component identification
Comfortable in a warehouse setting
Ability to learn and follow OSHA safety standards
Introductory knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Communicate clearly and concisely (verbal and in writing)
Ability to learn shipping and receiving, inventory and material handling concepts
