When Terry Precht contacted me about joining the team at Vergent Products, I was intrigued. I had known about the company for several years and was interested to see what life was like on “the other side” of the supplier / manufacturer equation.  I have been in finance and operations roles for high-tech companies for almost 20 years, from small start-up companies to publicly traded companies with budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars. I have hired contract manufacturers to provide products and services for prior companies, and I thought I knew what to expect. However, at Vergent Products I was very excited to see that we do things differently than the typical CM. At Vergent Products, we don’t have customers, we have clients. With our clients we develop long term, mutually beneficial relationships that deliver what is promised, on time, on target, while continually looking for ways to exceed our clients expectations.  

As the CFO and leader of Vergent Finance Management, it is my responsibility to ensure we are effectively managing our assets, communicating openly, honestly and frequently with our clients, employees and stakeholders and focused on delivering the benefit. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and my Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Regis University.  My educational background, along with my nearly 20 years of experience in finance, supply chain and operations roles for multi-national companies provide a distinctive skill set to help drive Vergent Products to greater heights.
