I began my manufacturing career prior to attending Colorado State University where I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Technology Management.   After graduating college I found myself working as a Quality Engineer in a small OEM company.  Through a 15-year career I have held positions of Quality Manager and Director of Operations.  I am proud of my Six Sigma Black Belt earned during the course of my career.  

Now as Vergent Process Improvement Director I am fortunate to have a position that relies on my cumulative experience and expertise.  In my position I am involved in all aspects of the Vergent Product Delivery System. As a certified Internal auditor for ISO 13485:2003 I manage the two ISO certifications that Vergent Products has earned.  Vergent Products holds both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications.  This allows us to provide a more tightly controlled and higher quality experience for your product.

Quality every time, with every product is my goal.  When we work together you will see for yourself my dedicated attention to every detail.
